At The Retreat we aim to dispatch all parcels the same or next working day with Royal Mail. If you will not be at home during normal office hours you can provide us with an alternative delivery
address where someone will be available to take in your parcel. Please note that no deliveries take place on a Sunday or Bank Holiday.

Returns

Dermalogica is a professionally prescribed product and if we have prescribed it We will gladly accept returns for any Dermalogica products purchased, except discontinued products, and will issue a refund upon receiving your items within 30 days of the PURCHASE date. All returns must be pre-approved by customer service.

Please note:. If your order benefited from a promotional free gift then please make sure that this is also returned to us for your refund to be processed fully. Before you post it, please email us at
quoting your order reference and reason for return.

remember that in order for the return to be processed, you must ensure that your name, address
and order ref. number is included with your return package.
